Can I practice Muay Thai online
Yes! We provide online training via our brand new Fighting is Easy App! If you have a computer or smartphone, you can train. We provide training in technique, flexibility, HIIT style training power and weightloss.
What do I need to get started?
For our virtual weightloss or strength building plans you need no equipment! Our virtual Muay Thai/MMA plans include punching, kicking, calisthenics, strength bands or free weights. Advanced practitioners, who would like to practice more combat-related drills can purchase a heavy bag to practice at home.
I’ve never been athletic. Can I do Muay Thai?
Of Course! Muay Thai is for everyone. You just need to practice, practice, practice.
Does Yoga help with martial arts?
Yes! Yoga, just as in martial arts, combines body movement with the breath and teaches one how to control and utilize their bodies in effective ways. Other benefits including flexibility, balance, concentration, and self-control are all helpful in martial arts.
